Job Summary
We are hiring a Social Media Manager with strong digital marketing fundamentals to manage B2B brand presence across platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in social media planning, content writing, ORM, and performance-backed content strategy. You will work closely with performance marketers, designers, and account managers to deliver consistent, brand-aligned outcomes for B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
• Plan and manage social media calendars for B2B clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Create platform-specific content strategies aligned with business goals and audience intent
• Handle end-to-end social media management: posting, scheduling, monitoring
Content Writing & Planning
• Write clear, professional, and engaging content tailored for B2B audiences
• Develop captions, post copies, carousel content, and basic campaign messaging
• Coordinate with designers to ensure content and visuals are aligned
ORM (Online Reputation Management)
• Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions
• Respond professionally to queries, feedback, and negative comments
• Escalate issues when required and maintain brand tone consistently
Performance & Digital Marketing Support
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic content with paid campaigns
• Understand basic metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
• Assist in reporting and insights for social media performance
Client Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams and account managers for timely delivery
• Implement client feedback accurately and within timelines

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Experience handling B2B clients
• Strong skills in social media planning, content writing, and ORM
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred
• Exposure to paid media concepts (Google Ads / Meta Ads – awareness level)
• Experience using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Portfolio or live social media handles managed
